Where have I been?
So now that we’re talking just comedy, let me get you all caught up. Saskatoon’s Stand-Up comedy scene is going through an interesting surge at the moment, with an influx of new talent (and non-talent) starting open mics and making waves.
You can find me most Sundays at the Comedy Lab, which takes place at the Thirsty Scholar. The local hosts have worked on every single aspect, from building the stage with their own two hands, to reaching out to the improv and sketch communities to join the fun. Don’t worry those gross people are almost never actually there.
My Christmas calendar is filling up delightfully quickly! Apparently mentioning you’re playing Vegas and NYC seems to get you more cred than headlining Cranbrook 47 times. I have a radio ad coming out on CKOM soon, keep your ears open for it!
Online you can find me on my Facebook page, my Twitter, and my re-launched website, courtesy of the amazing Foggy Lemon. A great web and marketing company you should hire because they rock and I say so.
Now with a blog, I’ll be sure to provide more of the play by play of a stand-up comedian living in Saskatoon. Reviews on each show as soon as they happen, future show notices, silly ideas that I like to write here because maybe they don’t fit in my show, expect a lot of content and maybe even a picture or 70.
