Wow it feels great to be blogging again.  After much deliberation, I have left ChoiceTel and I’ve come back to the land of IT.  For a guy that can’t configure a server, I’ve missed it.  I have the opportunity to really flex some creative muscles and make something happen here in Saskatoon.  More details as the days go by.

Melissa is doing a fantastic job in school.  Her practicum starts soon, and she’ll be back in the funeral homes doing all kinds of things I never want to know about.  It’s odd that we’re equally passionate about what we do, and neither one of us wants to hear anything about the other’s career.  We’re happy for each other, and I think this just makes us apprecate the time we spend together more.

For personal reasons I won’t be doing many updates on Max and Liam.  While they continue to achive in both school and extra-curricular events, I think their childhood is for Melissa and I to enjoy.  Sure part of me wants to playthe proud dad and put up videos of Liam’s first ice skate, and Max’s first Tae Kwan Do testing, but these events were for the people that made the effort and were there.  I’ll always cherish the memories and the videos I took, but those are for family to share together.  Later in life when my boys are blogging and complaining about their ‘old man’ I’ll leave it to them to tell the stories.

Loving Dragon’s Den.  Wow what a show!  I’ll blog some more about it next time…

Oh,and did I mention I have a showcase for Comedy Now?!
